At Trendy Global Tees, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Since all our products are custom-made, we can only modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will enter production and cannot be changed.
- We are not responsible for incorrect details if you do not notify us within 12 hours.
- Buyers assume all risks when choosing the wrong style or size, and returns/refunds are not accepted for these reasons.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. We track all shipments and use the provided tracking number to verify lost deliveries.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us for further assistance.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We take quality seriously! Every item undergoes strict quality control before shipping. However, if your product has any of the following issues, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number:
- Blurry or misaligned print.
- Wrong item received.
- Damaged package (torn, stained, etc.).
- Incorrect size, color, or style.
- Any other mistakes on our part.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- We will issue a refund or replacement once the issue is verified.
🚫 We do not accept returns for size issues unless we shipped the wrong size.
3. Refund Policy
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Important Notes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after approval.
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. Processing times may vary.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
✔️ You accidentally placed a duplicate order (we will cancel and refund one).
✔️ Your item has not arrived within 30 days.
✔️ Your item arrived damaged or faulty (per our Return Policy).
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate a Return
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all tags intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 2: Processing & Refund
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- If denied, we will notify you of the reason.
